Yes, I cried.

So, I finally broke down and got myself a new pair of rainbow flip flops. My old pair, now shriveled and curled from so much wear, are not a viable option anymore. I had waited, not willing to drop the $50 on them, even though I know how much I loved the first pair... they mold to your feet so well you almost forget you have on shoes. But last week I bought some. Then today, without my knowledge (I keep all my shoes in the closet and had just taken these off) Dex sneakily took my shoe out from under the coffee table and destroyed it. :(
