Another Flashback...

Due to a paper that is due today at 5pm I have not had time to capture Dex as he destroys my apartment and gets up to his normal shenanigans. Instead, here is a picture captured with one of his girlfriends (Maddie) at my best friend's grandparent's house about 2 weeks after I got him. He had just discovered the swimming pool. Look at those ears!

After my paper is turned in today, Dexter and I will be making a trip to the dog park*. I want him to be so tired that I have to carry him to the car.

*There is an agility course there that Dex has tried out and I want to get it on camera!

I dragged Dexter's bed beside my chair so he would be nearby while I work on my paper. He seems to be ok with it.

Luckily there is only one to write this semester...

Mom has a ton of stuff to get done before Wednesday so I am trying to be only slightly annoying and not drive her crazy.

I was going through some pictures today and came across this one. My Dex man was SO LITTLE when I got him and SO GOOFY LOOKING!

Mom has a really bad sore throat and cough so I am taking care of her. I offered to drive to CVS and get her some Robitussin but she doesn't want me driving... something about trusting me but worrying about all the other idiots on the road...

I am roadtripping to Louisville with Nick and Allie and Zooey! This is Zooey! She is Nick's cat and quite a sweetie and sharing the backseat with me.

Sweet puppy dreams

Dexter has started going to sleep every night in his own bed. He always ends up in mine before morning, but I am really proud of him for becoming so independent! (ok... really I wish he just stayed in my bed all night because he is an awesome snuggler but I will be strong.)

Apparently Dexter was a perfect little gentleman! He played for hours with Gyps, snuggled with Matt, and even slept all night in his crate. He was very happy to see me but then was sad on the way home because he was leaving one of his many girlfriends.

Dexter is hanging out with Allie and Icky today while Adam and I go to Suwanee to help his brother move! I hope they enjoy their sleep over! Hopefully Dex behaves and doesn't destroy Allie's dream of having a puppy. Have fun kiddo!

...you start to worry when it's just too quiet. I was sitting on the couch working on some schoolwork when I realized it had become eerily silent. Dexter was no where to be seen, so I ventured into my bedroom and found him sleeping on my bed. Apparently he likes the new duvet cover too!
